Maintaining existing customers, taking orders, and finding new customers
Continuous communication with existing and potential new customers within the assigned territory
Directing sales efforts towards analyzing the current and potential sales volume of customers to cover existing capacities
Taking customer orders in accordance with price lists and product names from the assortment
Informing management through reports on activities and results, such as weekly work plans and customer visits, monthly and annual analyses of the territory for which the sales representative is responsible
Monitoring competition and gathering current market information and trends regarding prices, product demand, and other trends
Providing professional and technical support to customers by attending educational workshops and conducting presentations and demonstrations โ training customer employees
Preparing detailed reports from business trips
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or industrial sector
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (is a must have)
Willingness to travel frequently across the Northwestern part of Europe, with travel durations averaging 1-2 weeks per month
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to optimize sales strategies
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet targets
